SENSORS PREPARATION AND INSTALLATION
1. Identification and preparation of the site to be monitored

Checklist
1. The geologist determines the locations of the HAPPY MONITORING system sensors, mainly those of Happy Base and Rovers. This is based on the recommendations of HAPPY MONITORING Ltd.
2. Make sure that at each sensor installation location the sky is sufficiently unobstructed.
3. Check the reception quality of the satellite constellations (GAL, GPS, GLO, BEI) at each sensor location.
4. Check the quality of the phone network, choose the phone operator offering the best coverage for each selected location. This can be done using the software OpenSignal Speed Test & Maps (Android and Apple)
5. Choose the power supply mode for the sensors (Mains 230V and/or Photovoltaic 12V 1A)
6. Define how each sensor is to be fixed in the ground and the height of the support mast. Take into account the type of power supply chosen.
