Different systems are used to monitor the dam walls, in and around the dam itself, but also on the slopes bordering the basin.

 

The HAPPY MONITORING system makes it possible to improve or even replace various existing systems.

Thanks to the very precise results obtained using the HAPPY MONITORING system, an independent 2D control of the dam can be carried out. The data is compared directly with the measurements of the internal pendulum if the dam is equipped with one. If not, a Happy Base is connected to the Rovers.

​

In order to be able to carry out the measurements even more economically, no own reference station is used. The correction data are obtained via the public VRS system "TERIA" (GAL, GPS, GLO, EIB).

 

The customer chooses the appropriate type of installation. He receives the measurement results in real time via the Internet and independently via XML requests which he triggers himself and can process as he wishes.

He will have its own data in real time by any weather situation.

 

Monitoring the risk of subsidence of the mountain flanks surrounding the reservoir could trigger an alert and avoid the disastrous consequences of a tsunami.
